We are hiring now for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

The Role
This role’s main responsibilities include fulfilling orders, controlling inventory, operating mailing equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

You are a team player who thinks creatively and is not afraid to express new ideas. You like streamlining processes, improving workflows, and are conscious about costs. The ideal applicant takes pride in their work, is self-motivated and driven. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you a successful candidate.

Technical systems for this role include: Internal CRM, SharePoint, FX Ship Manager, and MS Excel however, basic computer skills and knowledge, proficiency in MS Office applications, and being comfortable learning new software and systems will be what you need to succeed in this role.

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fulfillment, shipping/receiving, mailroom, customer service, retail, or hospitality environment is a plus!
• Ability to stay motivated while performing repetitive tasks
• A problem solver who likes finding ways to improve processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and customer service skills are a must
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily goals
• Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on your feet
• Able to occasionally lift boxes up to 50lbs

The current work hours are M-F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM in our Cambridge, MA office.
