Responsibilities
- Review subcontractor billing for accuracy, including approvals of all billed change orders and schedule of values
- Manage Preliminary Notices and Releases
- Maintain and review accurate Project Cost Report, including committed costs, percentages billed to date for project budget and percentages billed to date for subcontractors
- Generate and accurately process monthly General Construction G702/703 requisition billing in a timely manner
- Investigate any unbilled project costs and maintain project billing files
- Communicate daily with on-site Project Managers and Supervisors, including invoice review and providing requested project financial reports
- Take on additional assignments upon request, including assisting with general office duties when needed
- Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Sage Accounting Software, Journal Entries, and Project Accounting.
