The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions in a busy, fast-paced environment. These roles include administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout BayCare Health System. Responsibilities include:

• Working in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions
• Participates in developing and implementing a sourcing strategy
• Screens, schedules and completes behavioral based interviews
• Presents screened candidates to hiring authorities with summary and outline of experiences and alignment to our culture
• Conducts salary negotiations and extends offers
• Coordinates the on-boarding of new hires
• Ensuring ownership of the recruitment process and of each hire to our system
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources industry

Additional Information:

• This opportunity is primarily remote with attendance requirements for on-site meetings and hiring events throughout our BayCare community, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties
• Training is on-site at our system office in Clearwater
• Applicants must live in the state of Florida

Certifications and Licensures:

• Recruiter Academy Certified (RACR) within 1 year of employment

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of professional recruiting experience
• Or 8 years of recruiting experience with High School Diploma/GED
