Schedule: 7:00 Am - 3:30 Pm
Job Overview:
- Coordinate recruiting for the designated site to include communication with the KBS Recruiting Team
- Assist with local job fairs and recruitment events
- Assist the Site Manager with onboarding of new employees
- Maintenance of training and Site Manager’s employee files
- Assist Site Manager with maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Provide the Site Manager with regular reporting on staffing deficiencies and recruitment needs
