The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing services and support in multiple functional areas of Human Resources for a multi-state division within a private company. This position will be in Ceres, CA and will both support the HR functions for our California, Arizona, and Utah locations for the west coast states for one division of our company (additional locations may be added in the future), while also working on HR tasks that support our corporate office initiatives for our other locations and divisions. This position will have a direct report to the HR Director in St. Louis, MO, and an indirect report to the Division's Regional General Manager.
