Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the local market and current automotive trends
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing product information, conducting test drives, and explaining financing options
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and achieve organizational goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inventory, and sales activities
- Continuously update knowledge of automotive industry trends, features, and specifications
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Previous experience in retail math is preferred
- Proven track record in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory control and customer management
