  • A diverse team of highly skilled clinicians, specialists, and nurses to support you
  • Daily utilization of core values encompassing respect, compassion, accountability, trust, and integrity that underscores who we are in everything that we do
As an ECC associate, you'll collaborate with a diverse and talented team of skilled veterinary clinicians, specialists, and nurses. We're looking for someone passionate about providing compassionate care and practicing comprehensive, quality medicine. We offer a range of educational opportunities, including in-house technician training, CE programs, rotating and ECC internships, and an ECC residency program. We're deeply committed to the growth and development of our staff, helping them reach their full potential. As an emergency associate, you'll play a crucial role in our team, providing valuable support for our staff, interns, and residents and contributing to the advancement of veterinary medicine through education.
About this role…
To succeed as an ECC Veterinarian at CCVS, you will be able to

  • Cultivate a consistently positive work environment
  • Engage in proactive collaboration with team members to optimize patient care and promote teamwork.
  • Provide comprehensive education to clients on various injuries, illnesses, and treatment protocols.
  • Proactively cultivate and strengthen client, patient, and referring veterinarian relationships.
About you…
To be considered for this role, you must be a DVM, VMD, or equivalent and able to obtain licensure in the state of MA. Additionally, an internship or experience in an emergency setting is required.
We are looking for a veterinarian who can effectively collaborate with diverse teams of colleagues in all capacities throughout the organization. The ideal person should be capable of working in high-stress situations while maintaining composure but should not be afraid of having fun, too. Strong critical thinking skills, high motivation, and a proven passion for continuous education are also required to succeed in this position since we thrive on growth and development. Moreover, strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. We would love to hear from you if you're ready to bring your expertise and thrive in a dynamic environment!
FOR you…
