Responsibilities
- Work closely with various departments to understand business operations and requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to diagnose business problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor business strategies and key performance measures.
- Collect and interpret operational data and create reports for management.
- Assist with decision-making processes by presenting relevant business insights.
- Conduct regular business process reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and conduct workshops to define business requirements.
- Work with the IT team to improve and maintain business systems, if necessary.
- Participate in the implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Finance, Business Administration or other quantitative discipline
- Four or more years of analyst experience, telecommunications experience a plus
- Expert Excel skills with experience designing and creating models
- Experience working with large data sets, including defining query logic, querying, validating, cleansing and analyzing
- Hands-on experience with developing new SQL queries and analyzing existing ones
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, desired
