Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated, team-building individual to fill a Full Time Human Resources Assistant position in our Burton Administration offices to cover the Mid-Michigan area.
Objective : Assist the Vice President of Human Resources by assisting stores and departments in creating job postings, interviewing and hiring and background screening for all new hire candidates.

coordinate and assist with interviews as needed. Conduct background and credentialing checks as needed for both new hires and promotions.
Assist in setting up interviews for stores and departments. Interview applicants at the plant and stores as directed by the Department Vice President.
Prepares EEO, ASR, Hepatitis B and other statistical reports as required. Maintain, revise and execute Job Descptions as needed.
Conduct annual driving record checks Think you've got what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s Degree preferred Strong clerical, computer and organizational skills Valid Michigan Driver’s License required.
