Job Summary:

Lynch Family of Dealerships is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized and possess strong prioritization and time management skills. Responsibilities will include a variety of duties with a focus on recruiting.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Execute all functions of recruiting including job posting, pre-employment screening, interviewing, and employee on-boarding
• Address employee relations issues and questions
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, pay plans, employee benefits, employment laws, and communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure understanding and compliance
• Schedule and manage company/employee events
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
• Occasional travel during workday throughout southeast WI
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required - preferably in Human Resources
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and above average communication skills
• Ability to work with confidential information in a discreet manner
• Must have excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
