We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, insurance verification and entry,proper collection of balances.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification. Reauthorization, collecting payments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in dental software, basic dental knowledge
- Experience with Open dental software is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical/dental office is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
