As the Crew Chief, you will :
- Respond to property losses that involve water, fire, storms
- Lead and coach restoration technicians
- Coordinate and ensure quality control
- Exceed customer expectations
- Document job files accurately
- Collaborate for seamless project progress
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
Position Requirements :
- Valid driver's license
- 2 years’ experience in disaster restoration
- Solid work history
- Ability to lift minimum of 50 lbs and work in various settings
- IICRC certifications
- Must live in the Buffalo Grove area and be able to commute
- Successful background check
- On Call
