Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment. Empathize & understand customer's urgent need for service. Create Tickets and Schedule the customer's appointment. Answer customer questions and provide basic service information Communicate with customers via chat or email. Participate in administrative tasks, communication, and coordination with internal departments. Be prepared to complete other duties delegated on an as-needed basis.
