The following are specific contributions that must be developed during the training program in order to successfully complete the program and be placed in a hotel with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Maintain hotel, pool, and common areas, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
• Respond to guest requests (in a courteous, efficient, safe manner) for service according to company policy. Keep records of rooms completed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs and all hotel equipment, including kitchen, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms.
• Make rounds of the hotel property to ensure everything is in working order.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas.
• Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis.
• Report any unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Stay accessible to Front Desk and General Manager
• Learn emergency procedures
• Understand and use specifications.
• Climb and balance self.
• Lift and move materials and products.

90 DAY PROBATION PERIOD *Will be part-time until the 90 day probation period is over*!!!
