Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Spanish, possess horticultural knowledge or have experience in the landscape industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Provide information about a range of products including plants, hardscape and landscape accessories.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (multilingual)
- Sales experience is an advantage
