About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support a Human Resources Executive within HR Advisory group. In this role, you will: Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions Support projects Act as information source on group and company policies Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with external customers Required Qualifications: 6 months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Perform heavy calendaring, extensive document creation and editing; take and distribute meeting minutes and preparing expense report submissions Manage complex travel arrangements and calendaring for a Human Resources Executive. Effective scheduling of meetings and activities, as required, and in a timely manner. Displays a positive, can-do attitude with willingness to offer support as needed Strong attention to detail, ensures accuracy in work delivered Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to fast pace changing environment Displays initiative, acts proactively and demonstrates a sense of accountability for key responsibilities Effective communicator Comfort level with preparing staff agendas, organizing materials and pulling basic reports for larger team Job Expectations: This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid work schedule at once of the locations listed below Relocation assistance is not available for this position This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
