Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.49 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
- Skill Level: Advanced
- Maintains a daily log of all activities throughout the shift.
- Maintains key and access control of One Ski Hill Place, Crystal Peak Lodge, Village at Breckenridge, Mountain Thunder Lodge, River Mountain Lodge, Mountain Administration Building and the Mountain road access gates.
- Valid driver’s license - required.
- Must have knowledge of and experience dealing with emergencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain – EMT or higher certification strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours in a high-altitude mountain environment in inclement weather.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- At least 2 years of security experience – preferred.
- At least 2 years hospitality guest service experience in a resort setting – preferred.
- Professional writing experience – preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a variety of staff and guests.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
