ECM has immediate openings for experienced Contract Specialist for our Home Warranty Service Contract Department.

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

• High closing percentage of inbound calls/leads for our home warranty service renewal contracts
• Customer quote and contract creation
• Timely follow up on all leads not closed same day
• 2 yrs contracts, renewals/retention experience preferred
• 2 yrs consultative phone sales experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong closer 60% or higher
• Contract or warranty sales experience a plus
• Ability to learn, retain and communicate service and product information effectively
• Ability to multi-task & handle pressure
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and possess solid follow up skills
• Strong computer, data entry and administrative skills required
