New Hampshire Malt Beverage Acquisition is Hiring a HR Administrator Near Bow, NH

Please note: All candidates MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION specific to this position in order to be considered for employment.

Full Time - Hourly, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm with a half an hour unpaid lunch

Position Information: Support the HR department in administrative activities.

Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department through a full range of administrative activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records by collecting scanning, updating, and organizing all employee personnel information to include pre-employment and new hire paperwork, performance reviews, benefit files, etc.
  • Maintain ATS
  • Schedule interviews, background checks, and pre-employment testing
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Manage the LOA process
  • Understanding of payroll processes
  • Back-up to HR functions
  • Coverage for Safety Manager to include accident or WC injury claims/reporting as needed
  • Work cohesively with all departments

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong confidentiality skills; must keep sensitive business, personnel matters/sensitive data confidential
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Willingness to work in a team-based environment and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Demonstrates exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to recognize sensitive material and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and reasoning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and pivot quickly between tasks
  • Self-motivated and comfortable performing projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • Must be able to establish credibility and be decisive and resourceful and be people, service and results oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, experience with recruiting preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
