Their clients extend across the US and many foreign countries and include Fortune 500 companies, public and private companies, PE/VC firms, financial institutions and wealthy individuals.We are seeking an entry level staff scientist or patent agent with a strong technical background in chemistry to join our team.

Who you are:

• Advanced degree required (Ph.D. preferred; will consider a Master’s degree with substantial industry experience).
• Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting IP due diligence and FTO analyses useful.
• Some litigation and/or post-grant experience useful.
• Registration with the USPTO preferred; prior firm experience helpful.

Pay: From $141,500.00 per year
