As one of the best beer bars in the city, knowledge of beer styles, breweries, and current industry trends are important. Must have experience in high volume concepts, a working knowledge of classic cocktails, and take enjoyment in providing your guest with a positive experience. If you are tired of working 14-hour doubles, not knowing your schedule for the week until Sunday night, and endless clopens, they’d love to talk to you about joining their team at The Merchant!
They pride themselves on very low staff turnover; the majority of their bar team has been with us for more than three years. They offer medical benefits to full time employees and believe that a rested and happy bartender is the best bartender.
