Responsibilities

• Wait on guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor and careful thought to dining etiquette
• Full knowledge of all menu items and their components
• Understanding of various wines, cocktails, and beers
• Side-work including light FOH cleaning tasks and resupplying items

Skills

• Prior bartending experience required (preferably 5 years)
• Able to carry up to 50lbs
• Positive attitude!
