Marcum Search LLC is Hiring a Payroll Manager Near Bohemia, NY
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll transactions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions for 600 employees.
- Update payroll records for hires, terminations, rate changes, and other adjustments.
- Manage payroll staff and payroll processes.
- Manage tax audits and filings on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Stay abreast of payroll regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of high-volume payroll experience with complex pay rules.
- Required experience with HRIS Payroll and Timekeeping systems. (UKG-Pro is a Plus)
- Required to have hands on knowledge of Cognos.
