Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
- Lead, mentor, and train recruiting team members
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media to source candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies
- Utilize HRIS systems like UltiPro and PeopleSoft for recruitment activities
- Implement training and development programs for recruiting staff
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
