Northwestern Mutual, a Fortune 500 company, has a dynamic opportunity to work directly for the Managing Director of our North Boca office as Executive Recruiter. This position will support the managing Director by growing the office with talented Financial Representatives. As the Executive Recruiter You Will:

Manage the strategy and execution of the full life cycle recruiting process including:

• Reaching out to exiting clients to request introductions to potential candidates.
• Attend networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Implement local recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, locally.
• Utilize innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines.

• Use data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendations.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for position in Wealth Management/Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• Solid time management and organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and high level of accountability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
