2) Have connections to the fishing industry/ tackle companies
3) Knows fishing and boating industries.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business management required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce preferred but not required.
