We have an opening for you to become the firm's newest Personal Injury Litigation Attorney!
You must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida Bar with no prior or pending disciplinary actions for past conduct or malpractice history. Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of litigation experience handling personal injury cases.
In this position you will work alongside other seasoned attorneys and will be expected to handle all aspects of representing clients in negotiations with insurance companies and, if necessary, trial.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
