Industry Experience: A minimum of 3-year experience in a similar position, in a real estate management industry. Candidate should be able to demonstrate skills/abilities in the following areas:
· Familiarity with and ability to review commercial leases.
· Account for triple net (NNN) lease contracts.
· Ability to prepare (or manage the process) of annual recovery billings.
· Month end close process including revenue and expenses accruals.
· Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts and other analytical reports on as needed basis.
Skills: We are looking for a candidate that can show, based on prior experience, that he or she, possesses the following skills:
· Solid general accounting skills
· Month end close processes.
· Assist with designing and applying internal controls
· Financial reporting
· AR and AP Management
· Cash flow management
· Familiarity with collection processes
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
