**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our bar. The ideal candidate will support our bartenders and servers to ensure that they have all the supplies they need to serve our guests efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist bartenders with stocking and preparing the bar.
• Retrieve and wash glassware promptly.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist with inventory control and restock items as needed.
• Handle basic cleaning duties and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area.
• Help in setting up and breaking down the bar during opening and closing hours.
• Help run food and drinks as needed

**Requirements:**

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience as a Bar Back or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
