Job Description:We are seeking a Lead Receiver who is passionate about providing outstanding customer experience and has a keen eye for detail. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a key role in our company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving process, including unloading, inspecting, and verifying shipments according to purchase orders and packing lists.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of received goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and address issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
• Receive and process all returns
• Assist in other departments when receiving day is not fully booked
• Stay current with technological advancements and implement improvements in the receiving process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse role.
• Capable in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
