Strategic Franchising Systems is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Blue, OH

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting the corporate operations for our franchise brands and affiliate partners at Strategic Franchising. This position is central to maintaining efficient office workflows, providing robust administrative support, and serving as the first point of contact for our visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement office administrative tasks and support functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate the preparation of workstations for new employees, including the procurement and setup of necessary equipment.
  • Manage company communications, such as answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Organize, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence to the correct departments promptly.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences, managing all logistical aspects including agenda preparation, room bookings, invitations, and catering arrangements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and execute orders when needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable corporate rates and services for accommodations, travel, and other office necessities.
  • Ensure an organized filing system is maintained for all paper and electronic documents, enhancing information retrieval and office efficiency.
  • Coordinate with building management to address any facility-related issues or requirements.
  • Facilitate internal communications.
  • Provide project support across various departments, including sales, operations, and Human Resources, to assist in their operational needs.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this role should exhibit excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is highly desirable. This role requires a person who can navigate the dynamics of a busy office environment efficiently and with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
