Key Responsibilities
- Assisting internal staff with inquiries related to inventory tracking and management using Excel and SAP.
- Providing instruction and guidance on the effective use of inventory tracking systems.
- Collaborating with the operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies and handling related queries.
- Continuously improving the standard of customer service provided to internal staff by implementing feedback received.
- Ability to accurately process high volumes of data related to inventory.
- Liaising with different departments to ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems.
- Providing detailed reports on inventory data to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
