Position Title and Summary
The Territory Representative is responsible for managing a book of existing customers and securing new business to add to their existing book of business. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers through proactive and reactive retention efforts, assisting customers with changing service needs, assisting with any customer questions or concerns, and negotiating service agreements. You will be cold calling, performing first appointments, conducting presentations, preparing proposals and service agreements, and utilizing Salesforce to manage all new business leads.
