Residential Insurance Inspector
We have an several openings for Part Time employees or Independent Contracts as a Field Representative to complete surveys on residential properties in the Billings area.
Requirements
Candidates will be required to complete field surveys for underwriting purposes which includes measurements, photos and identifying hazards and conditions. Candidates are responsible for routing out their inspections, taking photos, documenting hazards and conditions of the property, and completing reports online within the required timeframe.
Required Equipment:
PC with a Windows operating system
Smart Phone
Measuring Wheel
6' Camera Monopod
Reliable Vehicle
High speed internet access
Business casual attire (collared shirt -- no denim pants, shorts or open toe shoes)
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Background check
Current auto insurance
Good Motor Vehicle Record
Drug test
Qualifications:
Good computer skills
Good organizational skills
Self starter
