Customer Service Representative – Order Management & Data Entry

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general customer service as necessary.
• Process orders in warehouse management system and/or EDI.
• Review and analyze on hand inventory levels.
• Track and manage workorders.
• Track and manage orders to ship.
• Coordinate projects between different departments.
• Determine packaging requirements for new projects.
• Develop price quotes and obtain customer's purchase orders.
• Experience with Excel a must (intermediate user).
• Communicate shipping requirements to transportation team.
• Other project related assignments as required.
