Your Role
As a Technical Copywriter at our innovative fintech company specializing in selling music royalties as securities, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and technically accurate content. This position demands a skilled and creative professional with a unique blend of expertise in both securities and music royalties, capable of translating complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible, and persuasive copy.
As a CopyWriter at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to understand technical aspects of securities and music royalty investments.
- Generate clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various mediums, including marketing collateral, website content, whitepapers, and investor communications.
- Develop educational content to demystify complex financial concepts related to securities and music royalties for a diverse audience.
- Ensure all copy adheres to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards within the fintech industry.
- Work closely with design teams to integrate copy seamlessly into visual materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to inform content creation.
- Tailor tone and messaging for different target audiences, from retail investors to industry professionals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Copywriter in the fintech or related industry.
- Knowledge of financial terms and concepts is highly desirable, particularly experience working in the finance or investment industry.
- Able to provide examples of past projects as a copywriter, showcasing writing skills and style to ensure alignment with our company’s needs and expectations.
- Strong understanding of securities, blockchain technology, and music royalty concepts.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to simplify complex information.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free copy.
