Accounts Receivables Associate (MUST come from auto industry)
Beverly Hills Hours: 8-5 (M-F)
All accounts receivable functions:
- Working knowledge of CDK-Reynolds & Reynolds software (REQUIRED)
- Receipt money.
- Deposit into banks (including taking to the banks daily)
- Keep track of all accounts receivable and on top of collecting money to clear accounts
- Keeping up to date the Deposit on vehicles schedule for all companies
- Filing
- Backup for transmission of financial statements to factory
- Backup for accounts payable
- Schedule for accrued payroll.
- Assistant to Controller when needed.
