The Role

Do you possess previous experience running a front desk of a busy dental practice? Are you ready to be the welcoming face of Premier Smiles, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported from the moment they walk in?

Premier Smiles is seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist to join our friendly team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our patients.

If you have previous dental receptionist experience and would like the opportunity to join our team and be part of a dynamic environment dedicated to providing exceptional dental care, then we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that patients receive excellent customer service throughout their visit to the office.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee billing and collections processes, including verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and managing accounts receivable.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Utilize dental practice management software to manage patient records, schedule appointments, and process billing and insurance claims.
  • Stay updated on advances in dental technology and software systems, implementing improvements to enhance office efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
