Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Production Manager. The Plant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes, coordinating with teams to meet production goals, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring product quality. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Low volume high mix experience highly preferred.
Qualifications
Experience in plant production management in a high mix low volume environment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to analyze and interpret production data
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices
Six sigma certification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
