**Schedule:** 5 days a week on average, with winter holidays off to spend with family. Schedule varies based on events scheduled.

**Job Description:**

As our manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of our food truck. Your role will involve a mix of management, hands-on work, and customer interaction. You'll need to be adaptable and resourceful, ready to tackle new challenges each day.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily operations of the food truck and shop, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.

- Manage staff, training, and business overall performance.

- Drive the food truck to various locations, including occasional travel outside the local area.

- Maintain the food truck and shop, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

- Handle inventory management, ordering supplies as needed.

- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven management experience, preferably in the food service industry.

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and working in varying weather conditions.

- Comfortable driving a large vehicle (food truck). This does NOT require a CDL.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

- Flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends and occasional travel.
