Summary of Job Duties :
Reporting directly to the Manager of Professional Development and Workforce, the Program Coordinator creates and maintains professional workforce development programs for in-person, hybrid, and online training classes.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Program management experience that demonstrates knowledge of how to plan, develop, and implement training programs
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Experience working with business and industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
In-depth knowledge of non-credit training programs
Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
