Job Description:

As a Subaru Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing expert advice on Subaru vehicles, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on the latest Subaru models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Process: Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, and ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with our sales and service teams to provide comprehensive customer solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills for sales and customer management systems.
