Responsibilities
Return all phone messages promptly.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
Licenses: Must hold relevant state insurance licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or be willing to obtain them.
