The QTI Group has partnered with a growing manufacturer in Beloit to hire their next Logistics Manager. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to support manufacturing operations. This role will provide strategic direction to achieve cost-effective and accurate movement of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the flow of goods and materials in and out of the manufacturing facility
• Develop and manage relationships with freight carriers
• Direct, coach and train all warehouse staff
• Develop and execute operational plans to achieve strategic objectives and improve efficiency
• Manage all international shipments including all documentation, scheduling and adhering to laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
• 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, experience with food and equipment desired
• 3 years of experience within an ERP system, Sage x3 preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
