- We are seeking an individual with office work experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including mail runs, copy jobs, shipping, and receiving. Some physical demands may be involved, such as lifting up to 50 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items). Driving is a requirement, as you will be filling in at multiple locations. A valid driver's licence and good driving record are necessary. The dress code is business casual, and one of the main worksite locations is 1969 W HART RD, Beloit, WI 53511. Parking and mileage will be reimbursed.
- Support daily operations, implementations, and expansions of Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area.
- Assist with process improvement, procedural testing, and validation.
- Collaborate with Field Implementation Managers on new customer accounts and service expansions.
- Onboard new team members and cross-train peers.
- Develop Site Procedure Guides and share best practices.
- Inspect site procedures for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform daily visual inspections of site services and safety compliance.
- Gather end-user feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide operational support by traveling to various accounts.
- Maintain a customer-focused environment.
- Escalate customer issues and support resolution.
- - Communicate effectively and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- - Collect data for Monthly Operations Review.
- High school diploma with 12 months of related work experience.
- Ability to move between locations as needed.
