As The Sales Manager You Will
- Develop a long-term strategic plan for the sales team
- Ensure team members are meeting all of their targets
- Train and develop sales team
- Generate accurate reporting for sales team
- Work cross-functionally with various internal teams
- Build and maintain key client relationships
Pay: $120,000 - $150,000Ideal Candidates Will Possess
- 5 years experience in inside sales or sales management
- CRM experience - Hubspot preferred
- A bachelor's degree
- Strong relationship building skills
- A passion for meeting and exceeding goals
- 100% company paid medical, dental and vision,
- 2 weeks PTO (accrued)
