Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in various tasks to ensure efficient operation within the organization.

Duties:
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings
- Help with Booking,setting up Sessions
- Maintain inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other acc
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

• 4 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Weekends as needed
