As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Associate at United Equities, you will play a pivotal role in our success by participating in the new leasing and tenant retention of our extensive property portfolio. This multifaceted position requires working with existing tenants, identifying new leasing opportunities, prospecting potential tenants and networking. Additionally, we support and encourage your seeking outside tenant representation and acquisition/disposition deals to enhance your income potential.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, tenant prospecting, and/or property acquisition/disposition.
- Real estate license.
- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisition.
- Strong network within the local commercial real estate industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations.
