Responsibilities
- Oversee the process of matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers
- Execute data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
- Support the creation of quarterly reports for the Board of Directors
- Process donations in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide assistance in the payroll process, supporting the main payroll handler
- Manage check deposits and update AR account balances
- Update customer information as and when required
- Utilize 'Microsoft Excel' and 'ADP - Payroll' systems for various tasks
