Position Function:

Assemblers perform tasks that are necessary to the production process. They aid in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and products. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements. 

As an assembler, you must have an aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail. A top-notch assembler should have the ability to comprehend and follow detailed verbal and written instructions, as well as diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents, and be a team player.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:

· Set-up and calibrate the various pieces of equipment used to validate our products performance

· Test, tune, and troubleshoot a variety of microwave products to achieve customer and design specifications

· Record the test data, and sign documentation verifying that the unit is in compliance to the requirements.

· Identify manufacturing process and assembly details that affect performance of units.

· Support the company though participation in continuous improvement efforts

· May occasionally need to travel to work with products in the field or at a supplier

Requirements

Personal Qualifications:

· US Person

· 3 years of experience in the RF Microwave or related industry

· Technical school or equivalent preferred

· Experience working with Vector Network Analyzers

· Familiarity with passive RF Microwave component functions and terminology

· Experience working with Military documentation.

· Demonstrate the ability to translate product knowledge into tuning techniques and approaches that have a positive impact on performance specifications while tuning and troubleshooting.

· Strong team contributor in a dynamic workflow environment with good time management skills

· Strong hand eye coordination to handle blade for trimming circuits.

· Proven ability to work under a microscope.

· Beneficial if they are J Std 001 solder certified.
